Rings with Abbey:

With your monthly subscription to the RWA method you’ll have access to a library of ring specific workouts, each with a different focus. (From ring flows to ring muscle ups to leg days using the rings!)

Parallettes with Abbey:

With your monthly subscription to the PWA method you’ll have access to a library of parallette specific workouts, each with a different focus. (From L sits to Elbow planche to handstands)

Muscle ups with Abbey:

With your monthly subscription to the MWA method you’ll have access to a library of muscle up specific workouts, each with a different muscle up element focus.

FLAGS WITH ABBEY:

With your monthly subscription to the FWA method you’ll have access to beginner, intermediate and advanced flag workouts to help you achieve a full human flag!


Calisthenics beginners:

This monthly subscription gives you access to all beginner level calisthenics sessions – pull ups, rings, parallettes, handstands and more!

 


Calisthenics advanced:

This monthly subscription gives you access to all intermediate to advanced level calisthenics sessions – muscle ups, rings, parallettes, handstands and more! (Suitable for those who have already unlocked bodyweight pull ups, push ups and dips)

All memberships are managed with a monthly direct debit which can be cancelled at anytime within your app.
